These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.goworldedu.org (“Website”), and participation in Go World Edu’s educational and cultural exchange programs (“Programs”). By using our Website or enrolling in any Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

You may use our Website solely for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Website or interfere with its normal operation. Unauthorized use or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Program Enrollment

Go World Edu offers cultural exchange and travel programs. All Programs are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and final acceptance by Go World Edu. Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.

You agree to provide accurate information in all application forms and communications with Go World Edu.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Final payments are due no later than 30–60 days prior to the program start date.

Cancellations made:

• 60+ days prior to departure may receive a partial refund (minus deposit and applicable processing fees).

• Less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable.

• Participants are responsible for their own airfare unless noted in the program listing.

• Travel medical insurance is included unless otherwise stated.

4. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Go World Edu may offer limited-time discounts, credits, or referral bonuses. These promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise noted:

• Offers must be claimed at the time of application or during the specified promotional window.

• Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

• Promotional credit or discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

• Referral rewards (if offered) are distributed after successful program completion and may require W-9 form submission for U.S. residents.

Go World Edu reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.A Promotional Terms (20% Off Homestay Programs)

Offer valid for new applications submitted by 11:59 PM PT on August 31, 2025. Eligible applicants will receive 20% off the base program for homestay programs. Program deposit must be submitted within 7 days of acceptance to secure the discount. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or financial aid. Round-trip airfare is not included. Limited availability; space is not guaranteed. Go World reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Program Modifications and Risks

While we aim to deliver all advertised experiences, adjustments to itineraries, host families, or included activities may occur due to weather, availability, or safety concerns. Participation in international travel and homestay programs carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you accept these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided by Go World Edu and local partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website including logos, graphics, text, and video is owned by Go World Edu or its partners. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Website or enrolling in a Program, you consent to our use of your information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

Go World Edu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or participation in our Programs. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Go World Edu for the Program.

9. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to this contract shall be resolved through mediation.
