Homestay Experience

  • Each student is placed with a carefully selected French host family, offering a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships, practice the language, and gain a firsthand perspective on daily life in France. These personal connections often result in lifelong friendships. You now have your own French family.

  •  The solo program is designed to build self-confidence, independence and resilience. Teens are provided guidance not directives, helping them step out of their comfort zones while knowing they have structured support when needed.

  • Experience what Normandy in Northern France has to offer such as Mont Saint-Michel's, D-Day landing beaches, historic city center of Rouen.  Plus the 3 C’s of Normandy Camembert Cheese, Apple Cider, and Cream are regional specialties.

  • Arrival welcome and round trip airport transfer with French coordinator from Normandy Rouen Airport (URO).

    Participants book their own flight, 30-60 days before departure Participants are responsible for airport drop off and pick-up in the US.

  • Students are responsible for covering their own flights, spending money, meals outside the home, and attraction admissions.
